We’re excited to be starting work on a new project with Policy Lab, in the UK government.

Policy Lab brings people-centred design approaches to policy making. They provide policy teams with practical support to better understand the people they are trying to reach, and work with them to co-design new ways forward.

We’ll be lending our user research expertise to support their ethnographic insight and design teams in running research and testing prototypes in Jobcentres across the UK.

We’ll be conducting research on prototypes using observation, interviews and group discussions to understand how they are being used, their successes / failures, and what they show about the experiences of those accessing the service.

We’ll then work with Policy Lab’s designers to explore and prioritise potential improvements.
