Healthia, has been selected by South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust to lead the user-centred redesign of LUCI, a population health management tool for mental health teams.
The project will increase LUCI's effectiveness and usability, which helps clinicians manage caseloads and patient outcomes more efficiently. We will be applying our expertise in user research and strategic design to ensure the tool meets the needs of its diverse user base.
